Insurance and Billing

If you are a new patient please arrive thirty minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow us time to gather your insurance information along with your health and personal information.

Parkview Orthopedics and Sports Medicine accepts Medicaid and Medicare.

We will gladly file your insurance for you.  However, we request your portion (co-payment, deductible, or co-insurance) be paid at the time services are rendered.  These payments may be made by cash, check, or credit card.  For billing and insurance questions, please contact us at 254.562.9321.  We’ll be happy to answer any questions you might have.
